Biography
David P Elliot was born in 1949 in Reading in the UK and apart from 8 years in the Police Service in the 1970s he spent almost 30 years in the IT industry, before leaving to concentrate on his first love, writing. His debut novel 'CLAN', a historical, supernatural thriller, was first published in December 2008 and so far has sold in 14 countries. The supernatural is a recurring theme in much of his writing.

He has 3 grown up children and 2 (and a half!) grandchildren He now lives in Abingdon, UK, with his partner.

Although born in England, David is proud of his 'Border' blood being a life member of the 'Elliot Clan'. His research into his own family history was the inspiration for the history and locations for the book.

His second book 'Pieces of Fate', launched on the 15th April 2011 is an anthology of short stories in the great British tradition.

He also edits an online monthly called 'Clan Magazine'.
